A remake of the 1951 classic, sees an Alien named Klaatu played by Keanu Reeves and his Robot companion Gort arrive on earth to deliver a message of destruction, if the people of the world fail to bring peace to their civilization. While the government tries to unravel the mystery behind the visitors appearance, a woman Helen Benson played by Jennifer Connelly and her son get caught up with Klaatu and his mission. Also starring John Cleese and Kathy Bates. Will mankind survive.
