
The A-Team is an action adventure TV series about an ex military Special Forces team on the run from the military for a crime they didn’t commit. The team offer themselves as soldiers of fortune helping those in need of help and also who have no one else to turn to for help. The team includes Col John Hannibal Smith (George Peppard) the teams leader and whose plans tend to be unusual but effective. Lt Templeton Faceman Peck (Dirk Benedict) is a smooth talking con man and ladies man and also con’s vehicles and other useful items out of people for the team to use. Capt. H M Howling Mad Murdock (Dwight Schultz) is the teams pilot and resides in a mental institution after being declared insane. Sgt B A Baracus (MrT) is the team’s strong man and mechanic he can also make just about any contraption the team requires to escape the situation their in. Throughout the series the team is constantly persuade by the military police led by Colonel Lynch (William Lucking) then it was Colonel Decker (Lance LeGault) and his aide Captain Crane (Carl Franklin) then Colonel Briggs (Charles Napier) and finally General Harlan Bull Fullbright (Jack Ging). In the final season we were introduced to General Hunt Stockwell (Robert Vaughn) a former spy who captured The A Team and forced them to work for him, he is often assisted by Carla (Judith Ledford) his assistant.
Col John Hannibal Smith
George Peppard secured a major role early in his career when he starred alongside Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany’s, he also played the title role of the millionaire sleuth Thomas Banacek in the television series Banacek. He is probably best known for his role as Col John Hannibal Smith.
Faceman

Dirk Benedict has appeared in television series such as Hawaii Five O and Chopper One but his career break came in 1978 when he appeared as Lieutenant Starbuck in the movie and television series Battlestar Galactica. Also best known for playing Lieutenant Templeton Faceman Peck in The A-Team, he also appeared as a contestant on the controversial fifth UK series of Celebrity Big Brother finishing in third place.
Murdock
Dwight Schultz is best known for his role as Captain Howling Mad Murdock in the TV series The A Team, he has also had a recurring role in Star Trek The Next Generation, Star Trek Voyager and the film Star Trek First Contact as Reginald Barclay.
B A Baracus
Mr T is a former professional wrestler he teamed with Hulk Hogan at the very first WrestleMania, he has also been a bouncer and bodyguard to the stars and tried out for the NFL football team Green Bay Packers. His first major acting role was in Rocky III as boxer Clubber Lang along side Sylvester Stallone, he appeared in another boxing film Penitentiary 2 before accepting the role of B A Baracus in The A Team.
Reporter Amy Allen
Melinda Culea is best known for her performance as reporter Amy Allen in the first season and a half of The A-Team before she left. She had a recurring role on Knots Landing for two seasons and has appeared in TV shows such as X Files and Star Trek The Next Generation.
Reporter Tawnia Baker

Marla Heasley is best known for her role as Tawnia Baker in The A Team as a reporter working with the team she replaced Melinda Culea who left the show. Her only film roles were The Marrying Man in 1991 and Born to Race and Amore! in 1993, she has made guest appearances on Tv shows such as TJ Hooker, The Love Boat, Riptide, Mike Hammer and The Highwayman.
General Hunt Stockwell
Robert Vaughn is best known as spy Napoleon Solo in The Man from U.N.C.L.E next to David McCallum as Illya Kuryakin. He has appeared in such films as The Ten Commandments (1956), The Magnificent Seven (1960), Bullitt (1968) and Battle Beyond the Stars (1980). He co stars in the British series Hustle and has guest appeared in shows such as Law & Order Special Victims Unit.
Frankie Santana

Eddie Velez first acting role was in the soap opera Capitol in 1986 as Alonzo later on in the same year he starred in The A-Team as Frankie Dishpan Santana, his films include Traffic (2000), White Chicks (2004) and his most recent film is Beautiful Loser in 2008. He has made guest appearances in TV series such as Cagney & Lacey, Hill Street Blues, Walker Texas Ranger, Pacific Blue, Charmed and Numb3rs.
